Assistant manager, Jason is extremely rude. He’s arrogant and does absolutely nothing to help customers. He would rather be rude as if it makes him feel better to not treat customers as valued people to the store. I will not be spending my money at this location. I will drive 30 minutes to the Rocky River store just to not spend money at the store anymore because of the way he treats people.

Today my family experienced extremely disrespectful and discriminatory treatment at your store, and I am deeply hurt and shocked by what happened.
Every time my husband shops at your store, a cashier named Lara changes her attitude toward us because we look different and speak a different language. She acts impatient, avoids helping us, and pretends not to understand us. Today I witnessed this behavior myself. I tried helping my husband communicate with her, and it was very clear from her facial expressions and behavior that she was intentionally ignoring and dismissing us.
What made this even worse was what happened in front of my children.
There were free lollipops available for customers, and my mother gave one to my children because the sign clearly said they were free. Then another customer falsely accused my children of stealing the lollipops. Instead of defending us, explaining that the lollipops were free, or stopping the false accusation, the cashier said absolutely nothing. She stayed silent and allowed my children to stand there feeling ashamed, frightened, and treated like criminals.
We came into your store to purchase a washing machine worth over $1,000. It is humiliating and unacceptable that our family was treated this way over a FREE lollipop. I even offered to pay for it immediately, but your staff confirmed that it was free anyway.
The problem is not the lollipop. The problem is the racism, disrespect, and inhumane treatment we experienced because of our appearance, language, and background. No family should ever feel humiliated, ignored, or treated as less than human while shopping.
My children left scared and upset because they felt targeted and judged simply for being different.
I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the employee’s behavior and the situation that was allowed to happen. Every customer deserves dignity, fairness, and respect regardless of race, language, or background.

Ordered for pickup at 3:00 pm. Got there at 6:00 pm. Waited an hour for the pickup, called and waited for another 20 minutes.

Went there to make a key. Used the kiosk that presumably took someone's job or part of it. Was told, it couldn't make the key but for ~$19 one could be sent to my home. When I hit cancel, the unit made me go through multiple screens before it would release my key and even said, this key is rare and even locksmiths wont have it. Went to Ace, $5 for the key and walked out with it.
Further, pricing here is almost always more than any other hardware store, even independent retailers. It's uncanny how often the same thing almost always costs more.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
