They offer a wide variety of furniture styles and customization options. Customer service has been fantastic. I recently scratched our new table when I used the wrong type of sponge to clean it. They did a beautiful repair, and it looks like new. Highly recommend!

The chair started to have some loosening of the back. I called them for a referral for a furniture repair provider. Much to my surprise, they came and repaired what was required . Like new! After the order, there is a little lack of follow up and contact with the customer to update on delivery. It took several calls to find the status of an order that was delivered 3 weeks after a confirmation date. Once delivered, no follow up or interest. So, good products, easy sales, poor follow through
