Went in to get materials for a big project. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help. Walked around the area trying to find staff, also pushed the help button which was eventually turned off. I took my money elsewhere.

They would get no stars if I could help it! Years ago I bought a riding lawn mower off of them, just handed them the money and got the a delivery date and they took care of the rest with no problems, so when the old mower gave out I thought well alright I didn't have any problems with lowes back then I'll get another one now. I went sunday to buy a new one they said two days to deliver it and 3 days later I got it and they was 3 parts missing the instruction, a little door flap and a second key that they was suppose to give me, I talked to a worker and he said did I buy it from them used I said no and showed him proof then he said ok I'll give you a printed copy of the instruction that they said they couldn't give me new instruction that I would have to work things out with John Deere I said I didn't buy it from them and I want my money back then they went to the back and over 20 minutes later wow they was able to find the instructions booklet taking it off one of the other mowers I'm guessing so someone else won't get one but alright I got that and then the guy said he couldn't get the plastic little door flap off of another one that I would have to contact John Deere, then I said I wanted my money back then he said I would have to talk to the manager as I was going to talk to them another worker came up and said he got one off and handed me the part then I was told you only get one key which is a lie! According to Lowe's own website they say you get one key in the ignition and one in your instruction booklet. When they handed me the instruction booklet that they said they didn't have they was a key in the pack, I said ok and walked out then I noticed that both keys was not the same went back in to Lowes and the guy said that both these keys would work that the first key I got was a generic key so what does that mean? did they give me some copied key when I paid for a brand new mower? He showed me on another mower that both keys does work then he put all my paperwork back in the folder with the key I thought then handed it to the manager which handed it to me then I said alright and I walked out and noticed that he did not give me the second key after all went back in and said where is my key the woman at the desk called for the guy to come back up and I said " Where's the second key at"? he says " Oh I gave it to you when I handed you back your instruction book then walked off!!! So after all that I am still out a key that I was supposed to have. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE WITH THE MOWER NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS ALL I GOT WAS LIES AND NEVER A SORRY NOR THE PROBLEM SOLVED! I WILL AND I MEAN IT NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOWES EVER AGAIN! APPARENTLY PROPER ACCOUNTABILITY AT THIS LOCATION IS A THING OF THE PAST! AND BEFORE ANY OF YOU START WITH THE NORMAL P.R. STUFF ABOUT GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT I TRIED WORKING WITH YOU AND YOU LIED AND GAVE ME A HARD TIME SO THERE IS (NO OTHER) CHANCE, I'M DONE!

Our air cndtioner stopped working, we were in need of a 550 or higher mobile air conditioner. The worker in heating and cooling was very helpful. And he new answers as fast as I was asking him.

We had the BEST customer service associate EVER at Lowe’s today! Antony in Lawn and Garden is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the time he spent helping us figure out what we needed for our landscape project. He even helped us load it all up! We’ve never had help like this at Lowe’s before. We will definitely be asking for him from now on.
He nailed it! It looks amazing!! They need to hire 100 more like Antony! : )
