Between the epic failur of the last 3 (yes 3) Lowe's installation services projects and the fact that they have flock cameras installed at the entrance of their parking lots i will no longer be giving my money to Lowes. In 2021 I ordered a fence from them. It took tjem over 3 months to get a contractor out to install the fence and after I was left with surplus building supplies including 2 bags of gravel, a bag of concrete and a huge pile of lumber. The contractor said Lowe's installation services would contact me to pick up the surplus and I would get a refund for the extra supplies. That never happened and when I contacted Lowe's they knew nothing about it. More recently I ordered a dishwasher with installation. I made it clear to the associate what days and times I was available for the install. The installer called me on the day they planned to install and told me that I had approved the date and time (I had not as it was during one of the unavailable times). It took over a week to get the installation rescheduled. And finally I ordered a TV mounting system with installation. Lowe's farmed the installation out to Angi's list. The first installer after initial contact ghosted me on the Angi's app then after multiple delay and reschedules with different installers completely dumped me and told.me I would be getting a full refund. Lowe's still charged my credit card for the installation and I had to fight with their customer service to get my refund. Lowe's customer service sucks. I also don't appreciate having my personal data collected every time I visit their store. Time to start shopping at ACE.

I had the best interaction with your staff. I had placed an online order where the manager price matched a different store for me. Which made it worth the hour drive to this location of Lowes. During my time there Cole and David helped load up my truck and were super helpful. Sarah rang me out and was very kind and courteous. I had a great experience and want to make sure they get the credit they deserve. This kind of staff is the reason I love Lowes, thanks again.

Going into this location was like taking a breath of fresh air, the staff was friendly and helpful especially the girl working in the garden Department Aliyah, she was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about orchid care and instructions and in general brought a huge smile to my face! I would definitely go to this location again, if not for the items on the shelves then for the friendly staff and smiles I saw. 100/10 experience right there
