- ASAngelic SerleOct 1, 20265.0I am very happy with the sofa/sectional. Delivery went smoothly Deshawn and Franklin did a great job, they got here right on time and set it up quickly. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend.
- CHCrystal HowardApr 29, 20261.0My son is buying a ps5 from here and I was also going to do the same thing but the controller is glitching 3 months in and Arron's will not even attempt to make it right. So I definitely will not ever rent anything from Aaron's
- DJD JJan 4, 20251.0I reserved a piece of furniture online and was approved. The day before it was to be delivered the gm called me and said they can’t deliver it to me because the tenant I had didn’t pay their bill. The tenant I had left 7 months ago and I had no control over what they paid or didn’t pay and my name wasn’t on their account but because the former tenant had the account listed at my address Aaron’s wouldn’t let me rent the piece of furniture. For five days I was planning on it and was notified the day before. Also it was only a 16 dollar per week purchase and why am I being punished for the tenants bad behavior. The gm belittled me and made me feel like I was to blame. I have an auto immune disease and chronic back pain and have been sitting in a dining room chair and so I was excited about the couch. But here is the good news. God provides. Rent a center in tallmadge helped me get a couch and they were so kind and respectful. I highly recommend rent a center in Tallmadge, you will get a fair price and be treated with kindness and respect. I do not recommend Aaron’s on Arlington. You will not be treated with kindness and respect.
