  The store was very nice with lots of options. Our sales rep Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. We probably tried out every Beatyrest mattress they had and Jacob was able to tell us the differences for each one. Overall we weren't there very long, the checkout and delivery schedule process was quick and smooth. We also received a lot of discounts and deals. Very satisfied with our picks, and what we paid for our new mattress, adjustable base, and bed set!

  Always a pleasure to shop at Raymour & Flanigan in Utica NY for over 20 years. Our sales person Mary was exceptional. Told her what we needed & she knew exactly what areas in the store to take us. Product quality is very good & in our price range.

  Recently purchased a living room set for our new home and cannot say enough positive things about the experience and how helpful Gardener was throughout the process. He called multiple times for updates and wanted to ensure everything was as we expected. Overall, he was just a very kind person which made things that much better. We will be purchasing more furniture from him in the near future.
