They advertised 3 years at a price per month but when you go to buy the salesman only gave me 18 months and said I needed to spend more to get additional. Also I needed to put 30% down which is not stated on website when showing pricing but I guess they want their money up front for delivery and warranty and tax because that's what it covered. But honestly I have bought from them before and knew going in the gimmicks they play! So $1200 dollar couch became over $1600 after warranty, delivery charge and tax. Very friendly people but a lot of extra gimmicks!
- SSScripturally SpeakingAug 3, 20262.0The sales staff treated me exceptionally while they were selling me bed frames and mattresses. It’s the after service customer service that totally 100% SUCKS!! The mattress on the bed frame did not slip from side to side in the store. Therefore, I had no reason to believe it would happen to me once I got it home. It did. When I called and complained about it, requesting help, I was told that I could bring it back and exchange it for only a small restocking fee. So in other words, it was my fault the bed frame I chose/purchased from them didn’t fit the size mattress it claimed to fit. I wonder how many times would I be charged restocking fees for any other poorly fitted items they sell. The after service customer service is HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER shop in this store/chain EVER AGAIN 🤬!!
