  The team that delivered my furniture was exceptional. They made sure my furniture didnt get wet in rain, move & repositioned all furniture making sure i was pleased, very respectful & considerate. They cleaned up everything & didnt rush which was impt so I could make sure all pieces of sectional , chairs , ottoman weren't damaged.

  Bought our furniture here 8 years ago and came back to the same store to replace the old furniture. Picking out a sofa and dining table was hassle free.

  There's a Raymour and Flanigan in my neighborhood that my family has purchased from often - mainly due to the convenience, as their customer service has been inconsistent over the years. This time, we happened upon the Raymour and Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Avenue and decided to check this location. The salesman was very professional, informative and welcoming. He compared features between the mattresses within an slightly above our budget without feeling like he was upselling to us. He answered all questions and provided delivery information. The entire process was satisfactory, streamlined and fairly quick. The customer service rep who finalized the sale was pleasant and polite. Overall it was a very good experience and we feel confident that will ultimately be satisfied with the mattress we selected with the salesman's assistance.

  Chester was excellent to work with. He was clear, professional, and never applied any pressure during the sales process. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me toward a solution that was much more appropriate than what I originally thought I wanted.
