I have to give it 1 star because the bad is so bad. Which is unfair to the store staff, because if you go there - 5 stars. I've had staff running around the store to find something for me, and after I give up and leave, then run out to the parking lot to catch me. Really friendly, helpful and truly an unbelievably great experience...
BUT...
I've been dealing with the dumbest issue ever and it's made me not want to buy from Lowes.
I placed 2 SAME DAY delivery orders in April. And now it's October. And they haven't arrived. And instead of refunding me $20, I've had to call dozens of times, go to the store, and escalate to everyone and their mother. Still not resolved. They're sacrificing a customer over $20. When Home Depot is 2 minutes away.
You also CANNOT call the store. It's permanent hold, and if someone does pickup, they then hangup on you. (Currently on hold. Glutton for punishment.)
So, in summary, if you need something delivered - Amazon, Home Depot, literally anyone else.
But if you can physically go to the store, the staff is great.

Stay far away from Lowe’s floor installation. Had a horrible experience with their installer. Nobody from Lowe’s intervened to help me. Ultimately had to cancel the job and then spent hours on the phone begging the store to refund me for the materials. It took over two weeks. Managers refused to get on the phone and I was even hung up on. Could not be more disappointed with every aspect of the install process.

Made an order on September 3rd. They would not change the delivery date even though I was flexible on the date. Now they won't give me a Saturday delivery....well they did. the top part of the fence post. WONDERFUL. SO USEFUL. To make it better, I left my phone number with this store for a call back, but they did not call. I called on Saturday with no response after multiple tries. Filing BBB complaint for sure. Home Depot has a Saturday delivery for free, but Lowe's cannot do anything. Do better Lowe's. No wonder your ad showed the T from the parking lot. Lowe's is the Lowest because they can't perform. Other customers also had delivery issues. Feel free to contact me Lowe's. I will not be calling your customer service phone number again. You can reach out to me. I am the customer. Email is fine :)

Shows how much you really put into correcting your companies mistakes. Home Depot is making me delivery - all from one location rather than 3 like your company website splits orders. Don’t waste your time coming to the store. They don’t even check you out the workers here they just hide under the shelves. They don’t help you. They don’t have no customer service. We bought a washing machine at the Lowe's in Yonkers Ridgehill, the sales lady Christine was nice making the sale but we told her 3 time that we wanted it delivered on Sunday after 6pm and she said it was no problem. We explained that no one would be home until after 6 pm. We told her 3 times. The today Sunday the delivery guy called us at 10:18am that they were home to make the delivery and we told them that the sales lady said she wrote in the comments after 6pm delivery. The store told us that delivery was from 7am to 7PM. Then we get a message that they weren't going to be able to make the delivery at that time. We are very dissatisfied with the way Lowes handled this situation and will not be purchasing form Lowes or recommending the store to anyone. Very unhappy with the service. We feel we were told yes for everything just to make the sale from Christina(sales rep) at the Appliances dept of the store.The sale was made under customer Milagros Velez.
