She was patient, courteous, and never made me feel rushed. One thing I especially appreciated was that she allowed me to take photos of the light fixtures so I could take time to compare options and make the best decision. Other lighting stores in the area would not allow photographs, so this level of customer service really stood out. After I made my selection, Ivana carefully packaged the fixture and arranged for my contractor to pick it up later, making the entire process convenient and stress-free.
