Before you're payment is due this company is harassing you. I've never in my 50+ years of working with a many vendors have I met one that is so fixated on the rent. I'm going to guess they were burnt previously.

I began 4 years ago with this place as Clutter and its changed hands several times, as Life Storage and now Extra Space. As Life Storage I would've given bad reviews as the staff was unfriendly and the access hours limited (no Sundays for example).
But their current iteration is the best one yet! Nicole and Shareen are extremely nice, friendly and helpful and were particularly helpful in my transitioning to a larger locker today. So here's my shout out to them! Keep up the good work (and don't change hands again LOL).
