  Mike just saved us a lot of money. I was sure we were going to need a new washing machine, but he diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and had the part to replace it in his van.

  Anthony was extremely polite, punctual and explained what was going on very clearly, also offering practical advice above and beyond the scope of the repair itself. I hope I don’t have to get this dryer repaired again but, if I do, I hope they send Anthony again!

  Anthony is amazing! This is the second time I’ve had him as my technician, and I’m always so happy when I see that he’s the one coming out. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, but what I appreciate most is how well he explains everything. I like understanding what’s going on and why something needs to be done, and Anthony takes the time to walk me through the process in a way that is easy to understand. He is also extremely friendly, kind, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s not often that you come across someone who is both so good at what they do and so great with people. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the care he puts into his work. I highly recommend Anthony and would be very happy to have him as my technician again in the future!

  Joshua was very patient and gave me time to get ready after I had woken up and he was able to have a look and explain what the problem is and resolve it..Really grateful for his patience and kindness
