- AAAna Avila2 days ago1.0Dicen dar Jabon gratis los Sabado , Domingo, Lunes ….. pero el otro dia vine el Domingo à la 1:00pm pregunte sobre el Jabon y me dijo la señorita que no hay que ya se termino temprano … hoy Lunes llegué 10:00 am y el Servicio al cliente estaba cerrado, como media hora después llego alguien a atender y fui a preguntar si me pueden cambiar un billete de $50 dolares por que no tenia otro billete y no tengo tarjetas bancarias y la máquina solo acepta hasta $20 , el señor con mucha actitud me respondio que no puede cambiar el billete que utilice ATM le comente que no tengo tarjetas conmigo y muy grosero me dijo que no lavara aqui entonces ! Cuando yo ya tenia ina maquina lavando, gente mal educada y el Jabon gratis ni hablemos no hay…….

She made the whole experience feel comfortable and pleasant. The place is very clean and well kept, and the customer service truly stands out. You can really see the effort being put into making the experience better for everyone. Staff is friendly, machines are well maintained, and the overall environment is much more welcoming. Great job by the new management team!
