  Had a very good experience with Tara and Dana as my salespeople. They listened, delivered a solution, and made it easy. Good quality furniture, too. There was a problem with one piece on delivery, and the company ,made good on it quickly.

  Buyers Beware. This has been, by far, the worst company I have ever purchased from. Not only does customer service take months to respond, but when they finally do, no one provides legitimate answers or meaningful resolutions. Instead, you'll be constantly strung along. The company appears to care more about protecting its profits than standing behind its products. Don't be misled by the advertised one-year warranty—they did not honor. I purchased what I believed was a beautiful teakwood table after being told it was highly durable and that the only maintenance required would be occasional teak oil. In less than a year, the entire table had begun to rot. When I contacted the company, it took over three months to receive a response. They eventually sent a third-party repair technician out twice. The technician told me the table was defective and that the company should take it back. Despite that, the owner claimed the technician never recommended a replacement and even stated that he had personally spoken with me. That never happened—I have never spoken with the owner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Peter Andrews. I found the company to be unresponsive, unwilling to stand behind its warranty, and more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping its customers. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. My family and friends have bought several items from Peter Andrews over the years, but after this experience, I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere. There are many companies that offer better customer service, better support, and stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware.

  Bought the fire island mist sectional in May of 2022. Just four years later and the cushions are unusable (moldy, weathered and ripped from rain plus sun). I was told that new cushions would cost $2000, when a brand new set costs $3000. I was told the cushions are unavailable as replacements even if I did want to pay $2000 but I could buy a whole new set for $3000. Not great quality for a high price and they don’t stand behind their product or offer solutions. I was told I could buy new covers but they couldn’t provide me the sizes and it’s impossible go get the corner cushion cover so the suggestions of “covers and all” was useless and a waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.
