  It was a pleasure having Dustin come into our home to fix our oven. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Dustin fixed our oven quickly and without difficulty. It was a nice experience working with him. Thank you Register Appliance.

  We figured out , after the call, that there was thick dust build up that needed to be removed. We cleaned everything out and the refrigerator/freezer are operating top notch. We were traveling and our son (who was checking on our home) discovered that the refrigerator/freezer were not cooling/freezing properly. We contacted LG for a service call as our refrigerator is only 5 years old. Parts were still under warranty.

  Mike did a great job. He gave me a 30 minutes heads up, was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He had everything done in less than 15 minutes and waited for the washer to complete a full cycle just to make sure it was done. I was very happy with the service provided.

  He called before arriving. He was here within the time frame they quoted. He went right to work and spent about 30-40 minutes installing the "maintenance kit". When he was done, the unit worked without squeaking anymore. A little PM for the dryer and hopefully it'll be good for a few more years. Exactly what we needed. I wasn't cheap, $315, but its what we needed to do.

  I am very impressed by Sam. He is a straightshooter who can explain options to a lay person in an understandable fashion. Sam does not talk down to an elderly person like I am. I was impressed how much he both enjoys his work and takes pride in the service which he brings to others. We need more service technicians lilke Sam.
