  My experience yesterday was seamless! Elyse(sales associate) was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable! We found the chest of drawers that I needed, placed the order and I was on my way! Having such a busy day and walking into a furniture can be daunting..Elyse took that pressure of finding the right piece of my plate! I appreciate the honest, non pushy, friendly approach! If you are in the Williamsville area and need furniture go see Elyse at RF Transit Rd! So helpful!

  I slept on a bed on our vacation that absolutely put both my husband and I into a deep sleep. We didn't even wake up through the night which we often do. I called raymour and Flanagan and spoke with one gentleman who did not help me. He took down all my information and that apparently he went on vacation. I called again and spoke to Octavio and he gladly looked up the specific bed that I was looking for. He found it and said it would have to be shipped to their warehouse and then to their store. We went over to the bedding area and we tried a few other beds and he explained in depth and in detail how the mattress cooling feature and how it gets you into a much deeper sleep. He explained the differences between the brands and some of the beds and definitely explained to us the adjustable frame that we do have here at home but have not used very much. I highly recommend raymour and flanigan again for their background and knowledge in their furniture and for their being very accommodating for our request. We are so looking forward to receiving our Stearns and Foster bed.

  Purchased a king size mattress that ended up to be too firm. They helped me with a re-select and so far I am much more comfortable. They took care of my situation very professionally. Returning a mattress was not something I wanted to do but I also can’t spend that much money and have aches and pains. Plus they assured me that much of the mattress would be recycled.

  Had a great experience with Becky in that she was patient, not overbearing; supportive but not pressuring. A couch set was purchased and ordered for delivery and Becky was very thorough to be sure the details met my needs. Applaud Becky

  I’m fussy. I know what I like. I secretly wanted a brownish red recliner (swivel rocker recliner in leather or such preferred). Knowing my options for that were next to nothing I opted for camel colored and went on my search. R&F was my final stop of the day. I walked in and told my salesperson what I wanted. Octavio admitted it might be a tough one to find- but did that stop him from trying to help me?? No. After nearly exhausting my search I spotted something I didn’t think I’d find. It was NOT what I walked in asking for, yet it was what my heart and mind sought. I found a petite, electric, “leather” Cordovan brown (reddish brown) rocker recliner. It was priced a bit more than I was hoping to spend, but I loved it. Then Octavio offered a discount. What??? My dream recliner AND a discount?? Excellent service, no high pressure and going the extra mile to make a customer happy!!!
