Absolutely terrible customer service.
I placed two separate orders one day apart and was charged a $79 delivery fee on each. Lowe’s then combined both orders onto the same truck and delivered them together in a single trip, meaning I paid $158 in delivery fees for one actual delivery.
When I contacted customer service to ask for one of the $79 charges to be refunded, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to make a basic, common-sense adjustment.
I understand the orders were placed separately, but if Lowe’s chooses to consolidate them into one truck, one trip, and one delivery, charging two full delivery fees is ridiculous. What makes it worse is how difficult they make it to resolve such an obvious customer-service issue.
I spend a significant amount of money at Lowe’s, and experiences like this make it very easy to take that business elsewhere. Poor policy, poor judgment, and even worse customer service.

This Lowe's is going down hill in customer service pros. Julian the blond in pro/lumber is the nastiest customer service rep I've ever met. Yea she got me flustered when two guys before me were getting food for the customer pro appreciation and didn't have to provide a phone number to eat but i did. Just because I look homeless doesn't mean you can treat me different. I have been to at least 3 other lowes during these events and didn't have to provide my phone number because my words weren't enough for blonde hair bad attitude julia. You just have 5 customers witness this outrageous event that should of never happened. My buddy wouldn't eat after julia drilled me. I was in at 8am this morning buying material with my pros card if julia wasn't talking on her phone she would of realized I'm in there regularly. I can't not believe my words weren't enough over a bag of popcorn she didn't even buy.
