Disrespecting a customer is something that should never be tolerated. My order was never delivered, and while mistakes and delays can happen, the way Assistant Manager Steve handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, I felt dismissed and disrespected. After being given multiple pickup promises and receiving conflicting information, I was left frustrated and without my order. The poor customer service I experienced has made me seriously reconsider ever shopping here again. I would appreciate being contacted by someone from management to discuss this matter and find a resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Lowe’s, especially from Assistant Manager Steve.
I placed an order last week, and during checkout the system indicated that it would be available for same-day pickup. That never happened. The next day, when I called the store, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that I would need to wait for a truck delivery.
After waiting, I called again on the third day and was told my order would be ready within two hours. However, when I followed up today, I was informed that the pallet allocated to my order had been given to another customer. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to drive to the Hamburg location to pick up the product myself.
What made the experience even worse was Assistant Manager Steve’s rude and bossy attitude. Rather than showing concern for the inconvenience caused, he spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and made me feel like my concerns did not matter.
This entire experience involved multiple delays, poor communication, lack of accountability, and disrespectful customer service. As a paying customer, I expected much better treatment. I am very dissatisfied and hope Lowe’s takes steps to improve both its inventory management and customer service standards. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Today I went back to pick up my order and the person we arguing yesterday and come and said we will not give up your order I told him can I speak with manager the second person come and he requested to leave the building and I have video recorded also that I left the store and I left the building and i was in my car I call the main office of lows and I complain what happened and the store call Amherst police and the give me trespass for one year Lowes will this take seriously this is happening with this location I never had bad experience with anther location the only person I had the problem with this person you guys see in pictures. Now Lowes manager his name is Garofalo sStephen he requested police to give me trespass for one year for all locations now I will see how Lowes take this matter as seriously or not I can provide all the evidence .
