  Monet is amazing! She helps with everything you need, answers every question, and gives you a great price. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I even ended up buying a few things that weren’t on my list because she helped me realize I actually needed them. She’s an excellent salesperson, but never pushy. I highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We had a great experience dealing with Lou Vaccaro at Raymour & Flanigan. He was so accomodating to our needs and so pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond for us and have to say it was a breathe of fresh air compared to other stores we went to. His customer service is outstanding and we will definitely be back to deal with Lou again! Raymour & Flanigan you have a great guy representing your store!

  The sales person was very nice but the delivery arrangement was terrible. We told on Thursday that Monday delivery would be fine as long as it was after 11 because Handiman was coming at 10 to move the old furniture. We were given a number to call and we left message that no one called back. The guy claims we never told him that we needed the delivery to be after 11. Lies. And I’m too frustrated to go on. Very disappointed. I expected better customer service from the flagship store but no!

  What really stood out was that Tim Dean was always looking for ways to save us money. He checked for every possible discount and even helped us purchase two beautiful end tables right off the showroom floor at a fantastic price. It's rare to find a salesperson who is genuinely focused on helping their customers get the best value rather than simply making a sale. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Tim truly went above and beyond. He made us feel like valued customers, and that's something we really appreciated. We left feeling confident in our purchase and grateful that we had Tim helping us. Thank you, Tim! We couldn't be happier and will definitely be back the next time we need furniture. If you're shopping at Raymour & Flanigan in White Plains, do yourself a favor and ask for Tim—you'll be glad you did!

  I want to recommend Raymour & Flanigan's Sales Consultant, Kevin Orie! I was ordering two items of furniture online from Raymour & Flanigan and was not succeeding in my efforts to avail myself of a discount promotion. I called Raymour's Customer Service line and Kevin Orie answered and committed to helping me through the process. He worked tirelessly for me to get the discount to be effective and to move the sale through so I could purchase the furniture I wanted at the discount that was available--even though I was an online customer and not in a particular store or his store! Kevin even spent time throughout his day off helping to make this happen!! That says it all! Five stars plus for Raymour & Flanigan and their terrific Sales Consultant Kevin Orie!
