- TTTrish TH2 days ago4.0Pleasant experience with the staff. I haphazardly left my purse there bc I am in the middle of moving and gathering household items we will need. Anyway, great customer service. Wish it was stocked with more items but that is of no fault of the employees.
- FFFashionmaven5 days ago1.0**This review is for Bed Bath & Beyond's online/website*** I ordered and paid for Max & Lily bed frames on August 5 and was given a delivery date of August 12. The beds were never shipped. When I contacted Bed Bath & Beyond on August 13, I was told the order was delayed and that they had no additional information. I was told someone would get back to me within 24–48 hours. Meanwhile, my children have been without beds because the frames I paid for were never shipped as promised. This has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I also contacted Max & Lily directly hoping they could help resolve the issue, but unfortunately they were of no assistance. I was repeatedly told to deal with Bed Bath & Beyond, leaving me stuck between the retailer and manufacturer with no resolution. If a product is sold, paid for, and a delivery date is provided, customers should be able to expect that the order will actually be shipped—or at the very least receive clear communication and a timely solution. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service from both Bed Bath & Beyond and Max & Lily. I hope this situation is resolved quickly and that other customers don't have to go through the same experience
