Very respectful customer service is great. By renting with them for a little over a year still currently renting with them. The door on my storage unit broke came here talk to them about it and they got it fixed right . A great communication during the whole thing as well

Nadata was very helpful through the check out process. Took literally one minute or less.
I had storage here prior to it being transitioned to a new company because of constant flooding in my basement due to a public works issue. With that being said, they raised the prices twice since the transitions and I appreciate that they did provide a months notice.
For preexisting customers it would be helpful to periodically offer a deal for 10% off the unit for 3 months, 3 free months for ever 3 years etc or give them a fixed deal upfront especially if the storage is long term. SOMETHING. Incentives shouldn’t be only exclusive to new customers. I hope I never need storage again but if I do I’d consider doing business with them again.
