  I had a great experience at Trunk Spaces, and a big thank you to Sherice for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain all of my options, gave me excellent recommendations, and made sure I found the right storage unit for my needs. Moving can be stressful, but Sherice made the entire process easy and hassle-free. Thank you, Sherice, for going above and beyond. Trunk Spaces is lucky to have you, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

  I have been a customer since March 2025. Thankfully, one of my friends has also been with TS when it was still Sunrise. She was the reason I switched facilities in the first place. With the way the economy is and after finding out my rate for my space was going to increase, I had asked if it would be possible for a little bit of a decrease in my rate. I was told that because I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and have been timely with my payments, I would receive a discount. This thrilled me, great customer service! Thank you Shericia! It’s greatly appreciated. The only negative is that the carts that are available to use are a little old and rusty. However, I’m grateful that they’re available for every tenant to use.

  Such a nice group of people. The manager and supervisor were so nice and helpful. They were extremely generous to our PTA in getting a unit to help our fundraiser. Our community and kids are so thankful for you to work with us.

  This place is clean & they provide dollies to help you move your stuff. Plus the staff is very informative and friendly.
