  Automated angering Severus is so stupid. I was looking for a real person who could help me out with lawn and garden for a 3 person swing canapés. It’s useless. I’m so pissed off with it. Shame on the @ Webster Lowe’s people

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a mower just two days ago, used it one time, and attempted to return it, only to be told that Lowe’s would not stand behind the purchase. For a company that advertises customer satisfaction, this experience was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, trying to get in touch with management was nearly impossible. Calls went unanswered, and no one seemed willing to take ownership of the situation or even have a conversation about a reasonable resolution. I spent a significant amount of money, yet once the sale was made, customer service seemed to disappear. A mower is a major purchase, and I expected a company like Lowe’s to value long-term customers instead of hiding behind policies without any flexibility or accountability. The lack of communication and unwillingness to help has completely destroyed my confidence in this store. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and would encourage others to carefully consider where they spend their money if they expect any level of support after a purchase.

  So disappointed in my experience with Lowes delivery and customer service. I ordered around 75 tiles and grout to be delivered. When my order was marked as delivered, I received a delivery picture notification of two small hose clamps, which is very clearly not what I ordered. Mistakes happen, no big deal, so I called customer service to fix it. I was told that I needed to be available from 8am-8pm for someone to come pickup the hose clamps in order to receive my refund, or bring the hose clamps back to Lowe's and pick my order up myself. I do not feel like I need to do extra work for their mistake, at the cost of my time and gas money. A simple re-delivery of my correct order at no inconvenience to me would have been the right thing to do. As a new homeowner excited to start projects, this experience has made me think twice before doing any business with Lowes. UPDATE: We went in to Lowe's to get the tiles in person. When we told the customer service desk what happened they responded "oh that's weird. What do you want to do?". They sent us to fulfillment where a woman actually tried her best to help us, but ultimately couldn't find our tiles. We ended up getting a refund for the order, however they still charged me for the delivery which they messed up. We will not be doing more business with Lowes and strongly advise against purchasing here, especially if getting something delivered. We have been going to Home Depot and have been met with wonderful customer service and delivery.

  Nobody in the garden center helps or even wants to help. I went through three employees just to get one to end up helping me with heavy tiles. I even told one I will need help and he didn’t ask anyone to meet me over there or anything. I am a short woman and already lifted seven of them from my car to the cart and pushed them inside on my own. It is hard for me to reach things especially pull tiles out from the high shelves. I was there another day with my bf and no one helped us either they were calling for help and I seen guys walking around so we ended up having to push everything out and load it in the car ourselves. This time I was alone and crushed one of my fingers in the process. I had the older gentleman employee in the garden center be rude as well to me when I was just asking him a question and he just walked away. Will not be asking for help again.

  Beware of bad customer service for pick-up orders placed online. Ordered an item for an estimated afternoon pick-up. The store showed 4 in stock with pick-up ready in an estimated 3 hours. I called the store because the item was a gift, and this wasn't my local Lowe's. Customer service confirmed it was in stock. The customer service person said the order would be pulled soon. Order showed in progress on the Lowe's app. Called the next day at noon per the order not updating. Same response from customer service: the order is getting pulled soon; they also confirmed it was still in stock. Shortly after getting off the phone, the order was updated to "delayed" in the app. The following day, 2 days since ordering, I just canceled the order. Don't process online pickup orders if the customer service people don't want to fulfill them. I'm not sure it was because it was a heavier item (bird bath), or what?
