Very disappointed with customer service at this facility. Price increased 25% at month 5 with no notice, price went from $244/month to $324. Everytime I call the office to get an explanation no answer, no return calls, call the main customer service number and they just refer back to the office. Terrible company to do business with. Look elsewhere.
2/17 Update - called the number from the response below another 4x’s over the past 2 days, left 2 more voicemails and still no call back, stopped down at the facility yesterday afternoon and doors locked to office and ups/fedex sorry we missed you tags on doors. Access to my unit is now restricted and I’ve now been assessed $59 in late charges. Call the toll free number and they just push you back to the location. Absolutely ridiculous.
