  I purchased four galvanized raised flower beds. Arrival and packaging were great! However, I was minutes away from completing the first one and they did not supply enough screws, washers, and wing nuts. I had to “borrow” from my other flower beds to complete one. Now I have to run to the local hardware store and spend more money to assemble my other three flower beds. I spent a decent amount of money on your four galvanized raised flower beds. Lowe’s, you need to do better and triple check that ALL the parts are included. Happy Mother’s Day! 2026

  BEWARE! DON'T USE MINUTE KEY KIOSK! I love this Lowes and buy a lot from them, always nice helpful staff, Jim was super helpful and kind today! The MINUTE KEY machine gave me incorrect cut-the key didn't work. The kiosk and their customer service is (in foreign country), I wasted a couple hours of my time. Lowes store SHOULD handle the refund in-store quickly instead of making customers call the MINUTE KEY customer service 800#, wasting 35 minutes on the phone with somone in India. Lowes is making a profit from the service, they should also provide the refund when the machine doesn't work.

  I had a brand new double wide installed in October of 2025 with 3 normal sized 36×80 doors. On 1/16/26 Lowes/ Integrity First Installation installed a Larson 80 split storm door on the front of my house everything went fairly smooth. I decided that I should have one on my side door too. I set up an appointment through Lowes/Integrity first installation on 4/6/2025 between 1pm and 5pm. I made sure I was home and waiting. At 5:15 pm i messaged Integrity first that nobody had shown up. I received a phone call from Pinky at Integrity first. She told me the the installer who never showed up said that it was a moble home and that Lowe's doesn't install doors on mobile homes. I told her well it a very nice double wide with an attic and normal sized doors and that they had just installed a door on this house on 1/16/2025. She replied with oh I'll have to get with lowes management. After I wasted my day off for someone who didn't show up and probably looked on Google maps and saw my old 14×70 trailer on there and never showed up I said whatever and hung up on her. The next day I received and email saying the my installation had been canceled. Thanks a lot Lowes. I really would like matching storm doors on all 3 doors but now I really don't want to do business with them.

  I used the buy now pay later option on their app and after selecting the option I wanted for it you are taken back to the shopping cart and there is a green button that says purchase with buy now pay later and I selected it and it didnt work. I was told by customer service to try again and all that did was give me a second loan and still no order confirmations. I was told to wait longer for it to process a d still nothing. Order never went through. The icing on the cake was when I was using customer service chat I asked them how to correct this and they referred me to synchrony and ended the chat before I could respond! I'm going to home depot.
