  We recently moved to Livonia and bought a new home as our summer residence 5 days prior to our visit to Raymour and Flanigan. We needed to buy a couch quickly because we were sitting on 2 umbrella chairs at night after long days of working on our new home lol. Raymour and Flanigan was our first furniture store to visit. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Carly who listened carefully to what our thoughts were for what type of couch we wanted. She immediately took us to the exact couch that I was thinking I wanted. Being nervous and thinking we should at least look around the store to be sure, she encouraged us to do so. I quickly realized that the couch she showed us was indeed the one we wanted. I also found a chair that would match perfectly and purchased that as well. It was a Monday and the Thursday delivery schedule was full so the couch couldn't be delivered until the following Thursday. Apparently Carley discussed this dilemma with her manager who contacted the delivery department who graciously approved for our furniture pieces to be expedited and to be delivered this Thursday instead! We are obviously grateful to them and the entire process of our purchases. Many many thanks to Carley, Manager and delivery department for their expertise and accommodating our situation. I encourage anyone who is venturing out to buy furniture for their homes or business to visit Raymour and Flanigan if you're looking for professional and courteous personnel and service.

  We visited on Sunday with no real plan of purchasing anything, more to see a couch we were interested in and to look at new bedroom furniture. We worked with Carla, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing the couch for a great price! It was very easy and we are so excited for delivery tomorrow. We definitely recommend shopping here and we will be back in to get our new bedroom set soon!

  My mother who is 76 and had all kinds of health issues and has shopped here for years purchased a bed and was told she had 120 days to test it out. She has the get another bed and they told her it only applies to the first bed purchased! How is this supposed to work. So she is stuck with the next one she chooses and if she doesn't like it she is out thousands of dollars. They do not care. They treated my sister poorly with another issue. We have all shopped here for years but are done with all Raymore.

  James S. was absolutely amazing to work with. I had an issue with my online order that a team from a different store was unable to resolve. Not only did James resolve my issue within minutes but he was also able to get me exactly what I wanted and I didn't have to settle like I would have if James didn't take over! If you need new furniture and you enjoy a "no hassle" buying experience then go see James because he was PHENOMENAL!!!

  I have absolutely had the worst experience with Raymour and Flanigan. We ordered a sectional couch over 6 months ago that has gone back and forth with missing pieces, broken pieces, and incorrect sizes arriving more than once. Now we have been given a notice that the "correct" couch has arrived to only find out it arrived damaged again. I am incredibly upset with the service and would never recommend using Raymour and Flanigan for finding your next piece of furniture. I only hope we can receive a full refund for the months of inconvenience this has caused.
