  Great personalized customer service from Sean at the Victor store. We ordered a mattress for our daughter who was moving into an apartment in Geneseo. Sean helped us set up a delivery date that worked out with her move-in schedule so she could benefit from their white glove service. Their delivery was on time and their app allowed me to track the delivery crew from where I was, 5 hours away, so I knew exactly where the crew was and when they arrived. The price was compatible to online mattress stores, so why not buy one from the team who provides such excellent service and that you can actually meet and talk to :) Thank you team!

  Sales person was taking care of a person and two more people were waiting. He came over and explained that he’d be with us in just a few minutes. He was very courteous and did just as he said. He made the selection of bed and mattress very easy with lots of explanations and suggestions. I was very happy with my experience at city mattress.

  Antoine Williams did an EXCEPTIONAL job working with us down to every detail! We talked through the specific makeup of many mattresses. His knowledge is very thorough. And yet he was also personable and gave us space to go at our own pace. 100/10 would recommend. He’s not yet the top mattress salesman in Rochester but will be undoubtedly! You’ll be supporting a Good family man
