I had a list of items to buy for my bathroom renovation. I had researched online and asked the contractor. I was offered help by Lowe’s employees. Good I listened. They knew a lot. Found the best options to match what I was looking for plus looked for discounts. They helped also with the calculation of how many boxes of tiles and floor planks I’d need for the square footage. Told me store pick up is free versus home delivery. I learned a lot and got out faster than I would have if I tried to figure it all out on my own. I highly recommend Lowe’s Vestal.

When choosing delivery to store option- expect to never receive your item within the given timeframe when checking out, or at all.
This is the second time this has happened to us, first being almost 10 years ago with a grill. I ordered a pressure washer on 8/15, was told the estimated delivery date to be on 8/18 during checkout. As of 8/24 it was still stuck in Northampton, PA since 8/20. Per customer service at the store it had a note in there "delayed due to storms." I looked, there were no storms of any kind going on. What's the issue here? If it's a Fedex issue, maybe start using UPS instead, Lowe's.
Anyway, I canceled my order on 8/24. I ordered the same exact item from Home Depot at 1:30 pm on 8/24 and just received my item at 1 pm on 8/25. LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! UPS delivered it, and it came all the way from New Jersey. I learned my lesson. No more ordering from Lowe's.
I would like to mention, the two different customer service ladies I spoke with were very kind and I appreciate that.

How do I spell Customer Service?

On July 4th our air conditioner died. We looked online, and the model we were looking for showed 11 in stock. We placed a pickup up order and left our home to go get it. We live well over an hour from the Vestal location, and just before we arrived, we got an email stating our order had been cancelled because they didn’t have the item in stock. As you can imagine, we were very disappointed. We went into the store to see what WAS available. We couldn’t find the air conditioners, as they were not in the section the website was showing. Bryon was walking by us, on his way to do whatever he was busy doing, but he stopped and greeted us. He wished us a happy Independence Day. He called us “Sir” and “Ma’am.” He asked us if we needed any help. We explained our situation and he set out to help us. He had to take us to two different sections to try and find the air conditioners. When we finally found them, we tried to find the largest one available. We looked high and low, and in so doing, found the actual one we had ordered. It was in a completely different location than the website showed. We were so grateful for Bryon’s help, but he didn’t stop there. He went and got a flatbed cart for us, and helped my husband load it onto the cart. As he said, “It weighs almost as much as me!”
What a great young man! We both thanked him repeatedly for his help. We talked about him on the return trip home. We told others about him at our 4th of July gathering. What an amazing representative you have working with you! The 5 Stars are for Bryon, but not your website.
