  I had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan. JR and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing a dresser for my daughter. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated their patience and attention to detail. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan and would gladly shop there again. A well-deserved 5-star experience!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lexi Sinclair! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. From the beginning, I told her I would come back to work with her, and I’m so glad I kept my word. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate everything she did for me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding customer service!

  This store sell low quality furniture at marked up prices. I bought a couch and spent extra for the warranty and the couch messed up I less than a year after getting it and almost ayear later we are finally getting a replacement but only if we pay the delivery fee. So save you money and just buy cheap. You'll get the exact same results. I will NEVER be shopping here again and from what I have heard from many other they will not be either. This company sells junk

  We had an amazing experience working with JR Regal. From the moment we walked into the showroom, they were welcoming without being pushy at all. He listened to exactly what we were looking for, helped us find the perfect sofa and bed , and gave us great advice on fabric choices. The whole process was completely stress-free. If you're looking for new furniture, definitely ask for JR regal or Uncle JR.

  I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my experience yesterday at your Valley Stream location. I had a scheduled 3:00 PM appointment for a table reselection, so management should be able to identify the employees who were working during that time. I have been a loyal Raymour & Flanigan customer and have spent thousands of dollars at your establishment over the years. I expected a company of your reputation to provide professionalism, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, the service I received was completely unacceptable. The customer service representatives assisting me were dismissive and unprofessional. In particular, the employee I believe was named Kelly (I am not completely certain of the name, but she should be identifiable based on my appointment time and the staff working that shift) displayed a very poor attitude throughout our interaction. She was glaring at us and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. When my daughter was trying to show her a picture of the table we wanted, she abruptly responded, “Don’t show me the picture, show it to the manager.” The tone and manner in which she spoke to us were disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. The other customer service representative working alongside her was equally unprofessional and contributed to an extremely unpleasant experience. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were there because of a serious issue with my table, the glass shattered and left broken pieces throughout my home, creating a significant safety hazard. A table purchased from a reputable furniture company should not fail in this manner, and this matter should have been handled with urgency and concern. Instead, I was met with excuses and did not receive the credit that was rightfully due to me. After being a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars with your company, I expected better treatment and a willingness to resolve the issue. Customer service is the foundation of any business. Employees who interact with customers must be trained to communicate respectfully, show patience, and handle concerns professionally. This experience reflects a serious lack of customer service standards and management oversight. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and fully investigated. I will also be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau due to both the safety concern and the unacceptable customer service experience. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and have no intention of returning to Raymour & Flanigan
