    Ms. Elaine (Sales Associate) & Ms. Filipa (Manager) at the Green Acres (Valley Stream) Raymour & Flanigan location were absolutely a pleasure to work with. My husband went into the store alone to view the available selections, and I went back with him to make the final decision. Both ladies were patient and knowledgeable, making the final decision a breeze. The store also has a pretty nice selection.

    I’m gonna to be honest they got ok selection of furniture without knowledge but the problem is customer services they not helpful like that because they don’t know what they doing they rather say no than try to help the only person in customer service is real good smart and helpful she is the best the old black lady she been there for long time I forgot her name she is awesome, but the young one I believe her Alisa hossan she is horrible don’t know what she doing even when Icall she keeps the phone

    Let me tell you something about Phillipa and Abraham ok they were truly amazing to work with! From the moment we met them, they were so warm and welcoming and very professional. They took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable. They were Honest and really patient, they genuinely care about our decision.. it wasn’t rushed. The entire experience was smooth and their positive energy honestly made a big difference. You can tell they take pride in what they do and go above and beyond for their clients. Overall, not sales people, but genuinely great people you hear me! I would absolutely recommend Phillipa and Abraham to anyone looking for a top quality experience! Kudos to you guys :)

    I’ve been purchasing furniture at Raymour and Flanagan for over 10 years and each time I visit the store at Green Acres Valley Stream l’m never disappointed. I always deal with Marsha, one of the sales associates there and she is the absolute best!!!! She is pleasant, professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and very sincere!!! She loves her job and does it very well!! All of the associates there are very pleasant and professional but Marsha is a different kind of special ❤️. 4/24/26

    If I could give zero stars I would! I will start by saying Abraham is a GEM such a sweet wonderful person who truly cares about his customers as for everyone else ESPECIALLY the so called "manager" Terrible! We had a few changes to my order as in ADDING in multiple items they had me come in due to an error to which the "manager" Fallepa apologized over the phone to me when I wanted to cancel the order altogether and begged me to let her make it right she told me to come to the store for what would be a FOURTH time and she would go over everything with me personally re sign the documents this was OVER A MONTH AGO. My order is a special order $7,200 order and a month and change later I get email confirmation confirming my order is in progress upon looking at everything everything was yet again WRONG and things that we never even discussed or put on the order were put there including different colors that were made clear were to be GREY not only that when I came in to resign the paperwork I was extremely uncomfortable with the employees playing inappropriate soca music I love me some soca, but 10am we're listening to this music LOUD with customers in the store talking about rough SE* and woman's lady parts all this while the sales men are yelling across the store bouncing their arms and hands up and down cheering what the actual heck while "store manager" Fillepa walks on by! Back to the initial issue so upon "making my order right for the fifth time" she not only messed it up worse than before, she and the back of the store desk workers failed to tell me my order requires a 20% deposite. UNHEARD OF! Abraham was the only one who understood my frustration and worked so hard to make all this right on my behalf. While he did correct it now my order will take another 2 months to come! Not only that, but now certain items are according to my email "available for delivery call to schedule" I call no one can help me since this is an out of market order. And the icing on the cake while sitting in the back going over everything with Abraham at the table I did voice to him respectfully how I felt and I stated "It's crazy how you had a whole manager correct my order and not only did she make it worse, but she and the desk employees failed to mention the 20% that was to be put down meanwhile this is their job to know this especially the so called manager and there's a big sign right next to them about without the 20% down they won't deliver the order meanwhile the order was put through over a month ago and no one has called me about this. It just doesn't make sense to which the back desk employee who wasn't even involved in this at all starts whispering to the other girl to which I then turned around and said we don't have to whisper say what you got to say and that's it why we whispering. Nothing but SILENCE. No I shouldn't have said that because things could have escalated however it was so beyond disrespectful to act like I'm not sitting there hearing you whisper about me as if I said anything wrong! I was respectful and voicing how baffled I was behind all of this. Anyways I am so turned off by this location in so many ways and will never be back and I wish to god I could cancel the whole order and spend my almost 10,000$ elsewhere this is not okay at all. The lack of knowledge and professionalism is truly appalling.
