  We had a wonderful experience working with JR at Raymour & Flanigan! He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. It was especially helpful that he was bilingual, which made communication so much easier for our family. He was also very kind and welcoming to my son. JR worked with us for two days without ever making us feel rushed or pressured, and he helped us find the perfect sofa for our home. His professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out. We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend JR to anyone shopping at Raymour & Flanigan!

  It was such a amazing experience at Raymour and Flanigan store, we got everything we wanted. The sales person Ishrak was very helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we loved, her expertise was very helpful for us.

  Valley Stream. Sofa Bed experience. My sales person, Shirley N. was engaging, asked questions and listened. Right off the bat she told me what she was going to show me, different qualities, durability, etc. We went slowly, she did the heavy lifting of taking off cushions, opening bed, and encouraging me to lie on the mattress. She explained the quality, durability of each AND the 5 year warranty that covers everything (Very worthy). Availability and scheduling delivery went like clock work. And I do want to do a shout out to the Delivery Master, Mathew.
