    Reps were excellent just missing blinds installed on one window because the parts were not included for the rep to complete installation in one window.

    We had a great experience with Blinds To Go from start to finish. Faoud provided excellent service beginning with the home consultation and continued to stay involved through the installation completed by Daryl. Both showed outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness throughout the process. We did run into a few issues — some blackout shades had tension problems, and there was a measurement issue with one of the vertical blinds — but Faoud addressed both promptly and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The only downside was the lack of support when Faoud was unavailable. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Blinds To Go.

    I had high hopes after spending $1800 on blinds for just two windows. The initial sales person was Darrel (very friendly, informative, professional, and knowledgeable).The process is to pay 1/2, have them come out and re measure (for obvious reasons). The tech came out to measure. The room was pre wired so the the motorized blinds could be recharged without running wire across the room to an outlet for every recharge. The “tech” obviously did not understand the layout and instead of seeking understanding he just continued as tho it was standard measuring and configuration. I paid the balance and when the tech came out (an hour after the appointment window I might ad) he came in put the blinds up in 20 min and then said “oh now I see why the electric was put there”,noticing that the charging box on the blinds was on the incorrect side. I said to him that we had this conversation when you came to measure and he just shook his head as he now understood the mistake! The blinds were supposed to take two weeks they took four! The valance that they used is NOT the correct application for my window frame (which the “tech” should have known/seen/ explained). And the company knows that this happens, that’s why you pay the balance before the installation! 20 years ago I got the 1set of blinds for this same window from blinds to go! I measured myself and it came out perfect (non motorized of course)! Thank God I’m handy and can build, paint, and install the valence that is required! This experience taught me a valuable/expensive lesson! Let’s just see if they make good on the mishap or ignore this customers experience! E. ORLANDO HILL

    Amazing service. Irina went above and beyond for me even though beyond store hours. Installation was fair and complete and accurate. I would highly recommend this store along with Irina's services.

    My mom’s blind broke and we met with Lillian on 3/30/26. She was very helpful in initiating the replacement which was available.for pickup on 4/8/26. Unfortunately the cord for the replacement blind was broke and Derrick (or Darryl, not sure of name) initiated another replacement. On 4/17/26 at 1pm I called the store to check on the status of the replacement and the automated system told me to enter my order #. I did that and was told the order # was not valid and the call was disconnected! After SEVEN attempts to speak to someone at the store and being told no one was available, I went into the store at approximately 4pm and found that the blind was at the store and I had not been notified. There were NO customers in the store but the worker told me that she had been unable to answer the phone because she was assisting customers. As soon as I entered the store, the phone rang and she ignored it. This is TERRIBLE customer service although my interaction with Lillian and Derrick (or Darryl) was positive. Although the customer service I received on 4/17/26 was terrible, I gave the 4 star rating because Blinds To Go stands by their products and asked no questions when a replacement was needèd. The replacement was free and it took approximately 10 days to obtain a new one, not a repaired one.
