The minute you are one day behind they call you 4 times a day until you pay the bill. 9 days late they show up to your house to take whatever it is. Times are tough people have babies which causes some people to not get paid right away.

- DWDanny WilliamsJun 17, 20191.0My brother who is a single father of 4 needed a washer and dryer so he went to Aron's it took 4 days for delivery not the end of the world however the washer had a dent in it but worked fine for the dryer it literally looked like it was dropped down a flight of stairs the plastic guard that prevents your clothes from getting eaten was broken. The delivery drivers said to call the store they couldn't do anything about it,so my brother did and of course passing the buck started they did tell him they would deliver a new one so don't pay on the account until it's delivered that was on the 28th of May he has been calling them twice a week and still no dryer they just called him demanding payment đĄ and he has been going to the laundry mat to wash and dry hasn't been using the washer and couldn't use the dryer anyway still no resolution he told them to come get their products. By the way it's a two year lease at 97.00 a month what type of business charges that kind of money for scrap... Be different if the product was new and you actually received it...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.

âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
