- ASAshley StevensonMay 13, 20261.0If i could give this storage unit place Zero Stars I would They have been so unprofessional My storage unit lock was mysteriously missing off my unit i was notified weeks later they proceeded to call me an say they are not too sure how long it was off for which then tells me in the same breath they do weekly checks on all the units well how did you not know how long my lock was missing for which i purchased from them Then tells me they tell me they didnt have to even notify me Then my monthly price jumped significantly without notice Lets fast forward to today i go to check on my unit lock broken off again boxes rummaged through water leaking all over my stuff and the manager Doug couldnt even make eye contact with me when i went into office to address this issue an they just brushed me off I do not recommend using this facility maybe other locations are better but not this one the Management is very rude an unprofessional
