Let me first start by saying how Doug is an over the top man. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am staying in Buffalo longer than I intended; but Doug relieved so much stress from my situation and my storage unit. If you have any issues or problem, he is courteous, and kind; not only understanding but truly sympathetic towards you. Would re-rent always if I could from Doug! Thank you.

This is such a nice facility! Carpeted indoor unit (5x10), verifiably rat free! (unlike many other local storage places). Doug was SO friendly and helpful, gave me a tour and walked me right to my unit. Could not have been an easier experience!
