  My wife and I stopped at the Dewitt location on Thursday looking for an ottoman and other pieces of furniture for our living room. We were met at the entrance by Dave, who asked if we needed assistance. My wife informed Dave that we were just looking at this time, but I told Dave I would ask him if we had questions. We were left to browse around without being pressured. When we had questions, Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel like we were family. I've been in sales over 22 years and have seen all kinds. Dave is among the best. We ended up going home and deciding on an ottoman the next day. This is where it gets really good. Dave personally delivered the ottoman that night after he got out of work to our home. We live over 60 miles away from his store. This is a guy you want to buy furniture from. Nothing fake, just great service!

  We worked with Abraham and Austin at your Dewitt N.Y. store. They were both great. Super knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The whole experience was easy, and we found a sectional at a price that was acceptable, that I think we will love. Thank you!

  Wonderful experience. In-store staff was welcoming, not pushy, and helped us find furniture that was the perfect fit for our backyard. Joe and Guy were both excellent. The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were kind, efficient, and set everything up for us; no homeowner tools needed. 10/10. Thank you!

  One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Spent about 4k on a couch and it's falling apart only 2 years later. Screws are coming out and the L shaped couch is coming apart at the junctions. There is also a huge hole in the backboard of one of the couch pieces. Terrible quality, I will never purchase from a store like this again. Especially with all the competition in the area. I also got my bed from there about 10 years ago and that started falling apart with the base at around 3 years in.
