  We went in looking for a new recliner. Don met us at the door and asked if he could help. We gave him details of what we were looking for and he showed us to the area of the store to look. He then left us and let us try out recliners at our own pace. About 10 min later he came back and asked if we had any questions. He then pointed out a few other options that we hadn't considered. Excellent salesman, there when we had questions but gave us space to talk and try things out. We eventually purchased a power recliner. Thank You for a wonderful buying experience!

  Kevin was great! He listened to what we were looking for, showed us some options, let us try out and test. Then, he approached us with costs and discounts as well as various options in the couches we were looking at. They were very good with our kids and very friendly. Delivery only took 4 days, whereas other stores were looking at 4-6 weeks.

  From the minute I walked in the door I had a pleasant experience with Jenn the sales person. She asked me exactly what I was looking for and took me around the show room to see exactly those items. I really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to look up anything that she didn't know. Between her and the cashier they made my sale very easy and quick. I would highly recommend the outlet to anyone looking for quality furniture items.

  We absolutely love the new store in Mattydale, tho we have been long time customers dated back on rt.57 and the one on rt.31. Anthony is our go-to guy. Hes sold us thousands of dollars in furniture throughout the years. In the last 6 months we just got new sectional couch that we absolutely love and a queen bed. My 2yr old is growing like a weed so we decided last night during dinner we wanted to get him into his own bed, we literally stopped at 745pm last night, of course, there's Anthony and we had already knew the bed we wanted since we picked it out last time we bought our couch but our son wasnt ready then...its now 10am and the bed is already in my sons bedroom. Talk about incredible service. Ordered at 745 last night and by 10am its arrived and ready to go. Lol. The delivery guys are always awesome when they come to the house. We always offer them drinks, and throw them a couple bucks for lunch on us for that day. Can't say enough about this company. All around awesomeness. We have never had issues. Idk about financing anything as we always pay in full at the time of service so I cant give any advice on that but everything else is amazing. Next time you stop in, Ask for Anthony and we will go above & beyond for you to get what youre looking for. Whenever I need to update a room, or something new for office, Anthony is our go-to guy. Don't waste your time with other companies. We made that mistake once and won't do that again💯

  Stopped in to browse, sales staff is great. They catch you at the door but if you simply just want to browse they’ll leave you alone until you’re ready for them. Andy helped us out today and it was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Felt more like buying a table from a friend than a salesperson. He was great at explaining all the extra add ons but wasn’t overly pushy about them either. Overall I’m very happy with our experience and would definitely give our business here and to Andy again.
