  My sister was furniture shopping with me, and we were greeted by Don when we walked in the door. He was helpful in answering my questions and wasn't pushy AT all which is a major turnoff! He was helpful in assisting when we needed help and didn't try to sell me items I didn't want or need. He is truly as asset to your company, and I will definitely recommend both your store and him. The selection was great and I will most likely return to purchase more items once I get set up in my apartment.

  I have had two situations, with what happened today to be the last straw. Walked into the store to check out the VIP Event. Was looking for furniture to store stuff on. Met a guy named Anthony Barcomb. He was nice and guided me in the right direction. I found a bookcase and cabinet shelves piece but had no price. I got him over and he told me that it it was 400 something before tax. Since there was two I said oh that's for one, but he responded no that's for the both of them. We had to refinance with them and approved for a loan limit. Upon finishing up on the Ipad they used they said your grand total was 2200. I was like ok. We had gotten both bookcase and a kitchen island because it was a good price. So now being the total your looking at 580 with tax plus 777 so that would be a total of 1357 and then another 135 which would be a total of the two bookcase cabinet would of been with the kitchen island having to be delivered separately. Instead getting home and analyzing it I was like wait how does all of this add up to 2200. There's no way in hell that it should be that much in taxes. So I call up the store and I speak to Tyler who is the store manager. Not only did he call me back after looking more into this. One ANTHONY BARCOMB not only literally lied to me and my father but directly at me confirmed yes your getting 2 bookcase and cabinet for 400 something before tax. Which mind you he heard me exactly of me confirming and re-confirming me the price. But here's the most interesting part. After Tyler got done speaking to all his managers and such because of ANTHONY BARCOMB literal lies to me they weren't able to honor that because of his sales guy I got. Not only did I cancel my purchase but I told them they have lost a valuable client. Tyler did acknowledge that his sales person messed up. So now looking at the order of what everything I was getting you have the bookcase and cabinet for 580, but then he failed to tell me the Bookcase Metal Frame Walnut is 319. One he never mentioned that at all. Two then the kitchen island is 777 dollars so then the grand total would be around 2200. The Man literally lied to me over and over just to get a sale and commission. Instead I caught him and before he could be successful I caught him and called him out. Now because of this Raymour & Flaningan has officially lost my business forever. Be careful on who your sales person is at this company because they could screw you over and take advantage of you. Mind you this is a first time this has happened to years ago as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANTHONY BARCOMB HE WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO MAKE A SALE. I CAUGHT HIM IN THE ACT RED HANDED.

  We were greeted at the door upon entry. Our sales associate listened to us and gave us a bit of space to browse. He found us about 10 min later and asked about our progress. We had found something. He then was able to provide information about the product and configure to our specifications. We had a positive experience.

  I stopped in to the Outlet store today, to look at Sofas. I was greeted at the front of the store by Jaymes. He was very pleasant. I asked where I might find a few Sofas I had previously looked at on line. He was very helpful in showing me the Sofas. I had also asked about recliners as well. James directed me to where I could find the recliner. There was no pressure to make a purchase and he answered all the questions I had. I did purchase the Odelle Sofa and the purchase was seamless.   I ordered my Chest of Drawers online with a man by the name of Vinney. He was very helpful and extremely patient with me as I made up my mind of how to get it. We had it delivered by two really nice and extremely careful young men. They put it directly where I needed it and it was in perfect condition. I am so grateful for the whole transaction. I will definitely go in person to the Outlet Store someday when I am in Syracuse. Thankyou so much.
