Same as every other lowes, except this one has an employee that can't listen to make things easier on him, the product I needed was out of my reach, I asked this dude, he immediately needs to reference his phone computer to see if it's in stock, I told him it is on the shelf, and that I just pain can't reach it, he comes over to see nothing on the front of the shelf, immediately goes to his phone computer to see if it's in stock again, I get lots and whip my flashlight out of my pocket onto the shelf and said it's right back there, neither of us is going to easily reach it, he spends of without a word, good up front and comes back with a handle with a 90 degree foot on it, pulls it forward and says he hopes it's what I'm looking for, because he's not there to tell me what products to use, I told him it's what we're already using and I'd rather have an extra than run out! Henry 430 was the product.

May 2026 , Ordered curb side pickup , got email saying it was ready when I arrived nothing was ready I had to locate products & physically load it myself . The order was over 50 bags of top
Soil mulch combination. I didnt even get my full order . Thanks again Lowe’s for great customer service and having my order ready .

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but there’s a big older guy with a mustache that straight up lied to my face about not being able to process a return for a ladder I bought the day before. He said something about some regulatory board wouldn’t allow them to accept a return on a ladder that he didn’t know if it had been used or not. Drove 15 min to another Lowe’s and returned it without a problem.

We put in a order for fencing April 9th. The order won't be in the store until May 9th. 10 days after the paid order was to be there. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES. They will be going out of business

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
