My wife thought she was getting me a new smoker. What she came home with was part of a completely different and used smoker. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone, so customer service is pretty much garbage too.

If I could rate this location zero stars I would. My parents contracted Lowes to remodel their kitchen in January 2026. They paid for the demolition of their current kitchen, the purchase of new kitchen cabinets, and the installation of these cabinets. This purchase was approx. $30,000 dollars.
Lowes first incorrectly double charged my parents (approx. $60,000 dollars) and would not refund them for three months after contacting customer service multiple times and having to eventually threaten litigation before they were refunded the $30K.
Secondly, post demolition, Lowes' contractors installed the new kitchen cabinets incorrectly. When the designer (who has been the only positive part of this whole experience) was notified of this, she personally assessed this installation and confirmed that it was done incorrectly. She then reordered replacement cabinets to be installed. These new cabinets were delivered three weeks ago and have been sitting in the home's living room because no one has bothered to come and install them.
Because of this, my parents have been without a working kitchen since March 2026, as counter tops and necessary cooking appliances cannot be installed until the new cabinets are installed.
In short, unless you want to pay $30k to not have a kitchen, do not waste your money on this business.

My brother-in-law and I stopped in tonight regarding an issue with a gallon of paint we had purchased. After beginning our project, we quickly realized the color was significantly different from what we expected.
When we brought the issue to Customer Service, the gentleman assisting us immediately denied a refund because the paint had been opened. While we understood that policy may limit refund options, no alternative solutions were offered, and we were simply referred to a manager who was assisting another customer. Unfortunately, there was no apology, explanation, or attempt to help resolve the situation, and the interaction came across as dismissive.
Thankfully, a wonderful employee from the Paint Department, Maryjane, stepped in to help. She listened to our concerns, offered to correct the paint at no charge, and got us exactly what we needed. We weren’t looking for a refund, just the simply wanted the correct color so we could finish our project. Maryjane handled the situation professionally, kindly, and without making us feel like we had done anything wrong.
While waiting for the corrected paint, we noticed the manager and the Customer Service associate taking photos of each other behind the counter, which only reinforced the impression that professionalism was lacking.
I’m giving this location 4 stars solely because of Maryjane. She completely turned the experience around and saved our project.

We always have a wonderful experience at the Lowe's Kids Workshop! My great-nephew needs a little extra assistance, but he truly enjoyed building today's toolbox project. He had fun putting on the stickers, helping with the hammering, and exploring the store. Seeing the dogs and participating in the workshop gives him great exposure and a chance to build confidence while having fun. Thank you, Lowe's, for providing such a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children of all abilities! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No one works here. Good luck getting help with lumber. If you can track someone down, you can’t get anyone to cut down planks—no one knows how to use the saw. If you want to buy a door, you have to scan a QR code and go to the website. The only staff in the garden center is the one in the little register booth by the door or the poor guy outside loading up bags of soil.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
