Just a quick note of appreciation for Rob! I went in today to pay my storage fee and as always Rob was professional and friendly. His comical personality is so well welcomed after a long stressful day at work. He delivers above average customer service.
Although, I am pleased with Rob’s service, I have a complaint about the building where my storage units are located. The building smells like stale corn chips and dirty clothes. The smell is being absorbed into my fabric items. I plan to make a call to corporate and make a formal complaint.

Rob is hands down the best employee I've worked with at any storage facility I've rented from! He gave me all the information I asked for about unit sizes for my needs, the pricing, and the safeguards in place to help keep everything secure.
As I was reading through my contract (which so few people ever do) I noticed a section that said my monthly fee could go up. I asked Rob about that and he cleared it right up for me. Apparently if it does go up you can ask for it to be decreased, no promise that they will change it but he said he'd at least request it... hey, trying is better than not! Anyone who's rented a storage unit before knows that's standard practice. If you haven't rented before I guess it goes up by market value, basic supply and demand just like they taught us in high school!
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there is not a second person working at this location so Rob had to handle everything by himself. At no fault of his own we had to pause a lot because the phone was ringing like crazy and 3 different people came in while I was there, almost back to back, to make payments. I had time to talk but if I were someone in a hurry I wouldn't have been able to deal with it. Rob handled it with porefessionalism and grace, smiling all the while. I don't know if it's just this store that's short handed or if it's the entire company but this store needs 2 people! A person can get burned out real quick if it's like this every day!
Thanks again Rob for all you help, you have the patience of a saint. I hope they get you some help soon!
