- SCShaniqua Campbell4 days ago1.0I placed my order on June 15, 2026. There was some issue with the identity portion where I had to go into the store to present identification. I was told my order was placed and I was all set. I called back to see when I was going to receive the products and was told that they would call me with a date as they were behind because they needed to hire delivery drivers. I waited, a week went past so I called back. I was then told that they delivery drivers were onboarding and I would be the first order out. I made it clear that I wasn’t going to pay for something they couldn’t deliver.I was then given a fake date(6/29/2026) that they were going to come out and was told when I called because I didn’t receive any confirmation about delivery, that They were sorting out the route and would get back to me. I waited all day called back at 6:00 pm and was told I was priority for the next day. They never showed. I went into the store after this asking questions and was told they were having staffing issues with delivery personnel and the two young women were doing deliveries themselves. I was told my items were heavy and they couldn’t lift them. In the same breath they stated that they had just got done with May deliveries in July! I was to rest assured they had more people onboarding and I would be priority. I then receive a phone call on July 30, 2026 saying they could set up a date for 8/4/2026. I accepted the date but again didn’t get any confirmation. On 8/4/2026 Nicole calls and says I can set up a date for 8/7/2026. I stated I was supposed to have a delivery today. She says ok and hung up rudely. It’s been 3 weeks, my orders have been cancelled with no communication. Why should I have to pay for something that’s sitting in the store and they are incapable of delivering?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
