Worst!!! HORRIBLE!!! They couldn’t care less!!
3 orders 3 cancellations in Lowe’s part. Over $3,000 of my money went to HOME DEPOT that Lowe’s had in their hand and lost the sale. In short, you pay for delivery and if it’s too big they cancel it. Ordered 21 bags of rock and other material and get an email 3 hours later saying it’s canceled. Happen 2 times. Now I order a $600 lawn mover, it’s confirmed and then delayed because they said they didn’t have an uber or lift driver who wanted the assignment. Really, who could blame them. It’s a 100lb box that’s 4x3. What driver wants that. And WHY are uber drivers being used rather than LOWES delivery. I ordered from Stoneybrook and they tell me I need to call Commack for information. Once again I cancelled and went to ACE HARDWARE for this one. 2 hours later I got it delivered. Try calling the store… good luck with that. Never a pick up other than the automated system. And this is in the last 3 weeks. I didn’t mention that 3 years ago same thing happened with a washer and dryer stackable that was a 4k purchase. They failed to deliver it and canceled it. Went to PC Richard’s and got it the next day. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where. LOWES is horrible!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?!?!

Needing a few things and being a Lowes CC holder I ordered 2 items for delivery. Checkout claimed "by 2:00 pm", same day! Both items were needed to be used together. Lowes abrubptly cancelled one item, no reason stated or replacement offered! Went back in to my order and cancelled the other item, useless without the Lowes cancelled item! DO BETTER LOWES!!

The installer KJ was gracious and knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop about the project.
HOWEVER our sales lady CRISTINA was only responsive when she wanted the sale. Once the contract was signed she was impossible to get a hold of. She made no effort to solve our problems and it seems like she actually might have blocked us. And we weren’t difficult at all. It was just doors. The actual store didn’t have all our supplies ready and said it was just a one day job when it ended up being 2.
If your sales lady’s name is Cristina. Do not work with her. But Lowe’s price was competitive and their installer KJ was good.

I had a very frustrating experience with this store’s customer service. I spent nearly two hours calling only to have the phone ring continuously without anyone answering. When someone finally answered around 10:45 AM (August 8th btw) I simply said I had a question about a product. Before I could even finish explaining my question, the representative immediately interrupted me, said, “Let me transfer you,” and transferred me to a department I wasn’t even asking for. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should at least be given the opportunity to explain why they’re calling before being transferred. I hope corporate reviews this interaction, identifies the representative who handled my call, and provides the coaching or accountability needed to prevent this from happening to other customer
