  The store itself is large, with a huge variety of furniture and other items for your home. The store is clean, organized, and at a comfortable temperature. Steven, who helped us find what we wanted, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. We accomplished a lot together, and we may be going back to buy even more furniture for our new apartment. It’s always good to shop and compare at other stores, but we do recommend Raymour & Flanigan as one of the top places to check out.

  I had a very positive shopping experience at Raymour & Flanigan. I initially worked with Mark Shapiro at the Outlet, where he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I looked at different dining room options. I later visited the Raymour & Flanigan store in Staten Island and worked with Larisa, who was also extremely helpful and helped me finalize my decision to purchase the Modesto 5-piece dining set. Both Mark and Larisa were professional, courteous, and made the entire shopping experience pleasant and pressure-free. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend Raymour & Flanigan, as well as both Mark and Larisa, to others.

  Gabby is fantastic. She listened to our concerns and guided us in the right direction to the choice of furniture that we needed… We have purchased items from her in the past and she makes us feel very comfortable… Anytime we need to purchase stuff for our home we always look to Raymour and Flanigan.

  I didn't personally go into the store to make my purchase. I was shopping online with the website. Steven Kaj my representative who has helped me with my purchase has been truly amazing. There are no words that can express how greatful and thankful. I am for all of Steven's help! He went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase. Steven took time to search for another furniture piece I was looking for. He reached out to other Raymour & Flannigan stores to see if the livingroom piece was available. When the stores didn't have the furniture piece I originally wanted. He reached out the manufacturer personally. Unfortunately, the livingroom set I wanted was discontinued. Steven told me if I see anything else im interested in to please reach out to him. I found another piece that I liked and Steven was very informative about the item and gave me great advice on choosing this piece. He even looked at another livingroom set that I may like and sent the information to me as well. I must say customer service like this is hard to come by. Steven has been beyond helpful and communicative with me throughout the whole process. I can't thank him enough! This experience has been truly the best customer service experience I ever had in my life! Thank you Steven K. for being an amazing person and representative!!! You're the best!!!!

  I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in looking for a leather sofa for my dad, and Meir was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so kind, helpful, and professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy. I immediately felt comfortable and ended up purchasing the perfect leather sofa for my dad. I’m so happy with my purchase and the customer service was truly outstanding! I actually came here after having a very unpleasant experience at Ashley, where I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. The difference in customer service was night and day. I highly recommend this place and Meir — excellent service from start to finish! ❤️
