  Josephine was the best. She helped us with all of our furniture needs. She showed us options based on our criteria and gave us the best options for our wants and budget. She made our furniture shopping experience amazing. I’ve never felt at such ease while shopping for furniture. I can’t recommend her enough! We will definitely be back!

Every piece we liked, he would pull up the pricing and walk us through all the details, including delivery and everything else we needed to know. His guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated his help!

  I had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Mark Shapiro when I came in today. Mark helped me several years ago with my bedroom furniture, so I was very happy to have him help me today with finding a new bedroom set for my son. He made the experience so easy and enjoyable. It was great catching up with him and I’m so excited for the beautiful bedroom set my son and I picked out.

  My parents and I came in on Monday afternoon looking for a dresser and nightstand. There was a an employee standing right by the entrance, staring at us for an uncomfortably long time without greeting us until my dad said hi. He then asked what he could help us with and pointed us in the direction of where the dressers were, instead of walking us there and trying to ask more questions to get our business. We walked past another employee sitting on the furniture, who also didn’t greet us. My mom also thought the interaction was strange and even said jokingly that they must have thought we were invisible. The professionalism was definitely lacking here; it was a stark contrast to Ashley, where the employees greeted us and asked if we needed help before giving us their names and leaving us to it. We weren’t expecting to be treated like royalty, but the customer service here at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet store was practically non-existent.
