  My boyfriend and I came into Lowe's around 7:50 PM and didn't leave until 9:10 PM, mostly because we spent over an hour waiting for help in the paint department. We asked multiple associates for assistance. He was told that a female associate was responsible for the paint department, but instead of helping customers, she was behind another counter and then went outside to collect shopping carts. During this time, the paint department was called over the intercom at least four times with no response. My boyfriend asked two different associates for help, and I asked another one as well. After waiting so long with no assistance, my boyfriend actually went behind the paint counter himself and was able to figure out the computer system well enough to select and pick out the paint to mix. By the time an associate finally came to help us, most of the work had already been done. I then went outside to find the female associate myself and asked another employee whom had been outside if anyone was working in the paint department and if it was the job of the female associate. I was told that no one was working in the paint department that day. At that point, after more than an hour of being ignored and getting conflicting information from employees, I became extremely frustrated and reacted in a way that was completely out of character for me. Only then did we finally receive assistance. I want to thank Jordan for stepping in and helping us once someone finally came to the department. I also want to thank Joseph, who sincerely apologized on behalf of the store for the poor service we experienced. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern were appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was unacceptable. No customer should have to wait over an hour for help after asking multiple employees and hearing repeated overhead pages. It should never get to the point where a customer feels they have to go behind the counter and do the job themselves just to get what they came in for. Lowe's needs to do a much better job of staffing departments and/or communicating honestly with customers when no one is available to assist them.

  I really enjoy stopping by this place whenever I need to pick up supplies for projects on the road. The store is consistently well-stocked, and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for without any trouble. The aisles are easy to navigate, and the staff members have always been helpful whenever I have a question or need to find something specific. It is a reliable spot that makes getting things done feel a lot easier.

  I ordered a grill for a father's day gift the original date was in May . They give you a 4 hour window so I stiold home to wait after 4 hours I receive a call telling me my grill came to the store used ? Not sure how since it had to be assembled before delivery . I expressed waiting 4 hours and now getting a call is inconvenient She rescheduled me and the only date they had was the day before father's day. I expressed that this grill is a gift and would need to be there before father's day as we had planned a family bbq The day came and the window for delivery was 8 hours ! Never received a call and around 330 I had to call the store. The rep said oh your delivery is here for July 2 we rescheduled . I asked to speak with a supervisor she kept me on hold then disconnected . Unprofessional and horrible service should have went to home depot !!! Do not buy from Lowes

  I visited this location to pick up some supplies for a quick weekend project, and the store was incredibly bright and well-organized. I easily found the exact lumber and screws I needed because the aisle signs are very clear and easy to read. A worker in the garden center even stopped what they were doing to help me lift a heavy bag of soil into my cart with a smile. The only reason I am not giving a perfect score is that the self-checkout line was backed up into the main walkway and took a bit of time to get through.

  I have always loved Lowe’s, but this location completely changed my opinion. I have been coming to this store for the last four days, and every visit has been an absolutely frustrating experience. There seemed to be almost no staff available in any department. I spent a lot of time walking around the store trying to find someone to help me. Even when I managed to find someone, I was repeatedly told to wait for someone else, but no one ever came. Every day it was the same situation, groups of customers were standing around waiting for assistance, with no employees available to help. It is hard to understand how a store can expect to make sales when customers can’t get basic assistance. Eventually, I was able to place an order for doors and paid an $80 delivery fee. The delivery itself was fast, and I appreciate that the drivers called ahead to let us know they were on the way. Unfortunately, the problems continued when the doors arrived. When we opened the box, we immediately noticed that the door was visibly damaged. As a result, we refused the delivery and sent it back. I then contacted customer service and was told that an exchange was not possible because the doors were no longer available. Now I have to return to the store, spend more time trying to find someone to assist me, and place a completely new order. Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had in any Lowe’s locations. Better staffing, customer service, and quality control would make a huge difference.
