NEVER EVER shop here. I don’t leave bad reviews but I hope this catches their attention and everyone else’s. Not only one mistake FOUR MISTAKES. Wrong appliances sent to my house , no pickup set to come get the wrong appliances , then another pick up not booked , and when a pick up was finally booked they didn’t EVEN BOOK it properly. This is insane. You guys don’t know how to do business. I have a washing machine and dryer sitting in my living room and it’s the biggest inconvenience. They don’t pick up the phone , they don’t know how to do their job , they’re quite useless. Spoke to countless number of people all said they were helping not a damn person helped. Shout out to Marlon he was the only one who took time to listen. Otherwise managers and even supervisors can’t even do their DAMN JOB. But truthfully take your business to Home Depot, I PROMISE you I’m saving you a headache.

I purchased 20 bags of mulch. Asked for help at customer service desk and they said of course we can help you load it in the truck. I go to get the mulch outside and the employees answered me that they don’t help and you need to do it yourself. If I was able to I wouldn’t have asked for help. Typical forest Avenue Lowe’s!!!

Everything below is still true and accurate but I finally got through to someone with common sense today who took a look at the situation and fixed it quickly. The phone system hung up on me before I could answer the survey and get her the recognition she deserves so I will do it here. To the wonderful Lois, thank you for your help today. You are a goddess among mere mortals. If I could give you a 5 and Lowes 1 I would do so but the overall experience has been horrible so the 1 star stays. God bless you Lois.
Terrible customer service. Store refuses to deliver my items to me and cancelled my order because they do not want to honor the sale price after the sale has ended. I was told by 3 different Lowe's reps that the store manager will call me back within 24 hours but no call was ever received. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Typical big chain service. No care for the customer.

I must say the Service in the store stepped up in a major way. I desperately was in need of a water heater from the time I walked into the store. The service was A+ ,from the beginning to the end., I was greeted by Elizabeth in the appliance department and she was absolutely amazing! She serviced my needs Like a true professional, she was very hospitable, very caring, very patient and she was accompanied by a gentleman by the name of Lukas, he brought down the water heater with a forklift then he serviced me knew exactly what I needed for the plumbing supplies for the water heater and all the years I may come to the store. I’ve never been serviced this expeditiously so I definitely seen a major change ! Elizabeth literally walked me to the door with my paid item and it really put me in a very happy mood. I definitely cosign the store in a major way and if you have to come to the appliance or plumbing department, please see these two individuals. Elizabeth will be running a store one day. I definitely see it happening.
