After having to return another couch due to it not fitting into my apartment, I found myself with a problem, how can I get a couch in the size I need to get it into my apartment? Then I found lovesac, Penny helped me in store and I cannot be more thankful, shipping took about a week and I’m so happy with my purchase and new couch in my living room, best of all it was able to fit through the door! The customizability of these is really the best thing, I plan to add more seats to my 3 seater in the future, thank you again Penny at Lovesac Staten Island Mall!

I purchased my Lovesac about one month ago, I wanted to see if I would love the sectionals as much as Penny @ the Staten Island location said I would, prior to writing a review. I have a narrow space for a living room and the sectionals Penny suggested were perfect. We went to the store sat on some sample sofas and looked at different colors and materials. Penny and her team were able to answer all our questions and concerns. We left without purchasing anything because we were unsure of the color and the length of the sofa. There was no pressure, we did leave with a quote in the event we return. We returned the following week, Penny remembered our names and she gladly went through our concerns again. We finally made a purchase which my family and I are completely happy. We can all sit on the Lovesac sofa comfortable and have additional space. I honestly thought we would be overwhelmed putting the sofa together but it was not difficult. We actually watched a how to assemble the Lovesac sofa on utube so we were prepared. Each box actually has a “information description on it which was helpful as well. I am grateful for Penny and her team for helping us make the right decision. Thank you.

Yesterday, I went with my sister to buy a sofa at Lovesac in Staten Island Mall. Joshua and Penny, the sales representative and manager team, were the best! They were extremely knowledgeable about the product and treated my indecisive sister with the utmost patience and respect. I am planning a trip back to purchase my sofa from Joshua. I highly recommend that you visit the Staten Island Mall Lovesac if you are looking to purchase a Lovesac product!

Dom and his staff are attentive and knowledgable. This is our second lovesac purchase. Excellent product, and even better service at the Staten Island store. Highly recommend
