  Carson and Mike are the best. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space itself is very clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

  On 4/28/26 - I called and spoke to Mike/Michael & he was so patient & compassionate to my inquiries. Not even knowing I had just lost my mom & my cat within the last 2 months. It’s people like Mike that now, I won’t be looking for a different place to store my things. I don’t feel like just another income for your storage company. I feel like you really do care and appreciate your customers. Thanks again Mike for helping me during this difficult time in my life. The amazing thing is, you had no idea to begin with. Sometimes.. you don’t know what others are going through in life. Mike’s kindness made such a big impact and restores my belief in good people. I will definitely be paying this forward to others. Mike should get a promotion and/or raise. He should train others in your organization. After all, this is a customer service based operation. I will definitely recommend your storage space for my friends & family‼️🤩🙏🏻

  I’m extremely disappointed with their pricing practices — it feels misleading at best. We were initially attracted by a low rate (around $70/month) and even paid for six months upfront. As soon as that period ended, the price suddenly jumped to about $160. That’s nearly double, with no changes or improvements whatsoever. Before this, we had already rented at a neighboring facility of the same company on Zebra Place (they literally share back walls), and the exact same pattern happened there: low introductory price followed by a sharp increase after a few months. This doesn’t feel like a coincidence — it looks like a deliberate strategy to attract customers with low rates and then raise prices significantly once moving out becomes inconvenient. What’s even more frustrating is that right now, the Zebra Place location has similar units available for less than what we were charged after the increase. This kind of pricing policy feels highly unfair and non-transparent. I strongly recommend being very cautious and clarifying how and when prices may increase — otherwise you may end up with an unpleasant surprise.
