  Overpriced and I felt they were dishonest. Only reason I used them is because I used them when I bought a huge 2 fam SI House and did every window in main house and apt. Cost thousands but they had all my measurements etc so I wouldn't have to worry about the cost of sending someone to Measure again and I told them that but when my husband went in to pay deposit they deliberately added measurements wo telling me. What an inconvenience due to having to get all my dogs in sep room and paying again for exact same measurements!!

  I walked into the showroom feeling overwhelmed with a large home renovation project and needing treatments for most of the windows in my house and was immediately greeted by David Garzetta with a warm and friendly welcome. He patiently walked me through the showroom and explained various options. This was the opposite of the hard sell! I never felt pressured or rushed. I walked in feeling confused and unsure and left feeling relieved and excited with the options we had discussed. I would highly recommend the Staten Island showroom on Richmond Avenue and Mr. Garzetta, whose wide knowledge of window treatments is matched with kindness!

  Went to blinds to go with a problem with the track. The salesman there, Dave was exceptional! He was very polite and professional. He understood the problem and said not to worry. He said we will send it out for repair or replacement, and of course under warranty. He is a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work, Dave, your the best! Thank’s again.
