  I waited all day for the Inspector to come. As soon as the guy drove up in a Mercedes, I knew this was going to be a problem. He walks in and tells me there is a $125 ($175?) Inspection Fee. The Office Manager said NOTHING about an Inspection Fee. So, he looks around and tells me $175 per floor. So I tell him to write up an Estimate. He says "We don't do that". I tell him how can you do a job without something in writing? I want something in writing. With that he calls the Office. She must have told him to leave, because he just picks up his clipboard and LEAVES. No good bye. No apology. No thank you. Just walks to my door opens it, walks to his car and leaves.
