*update on this previous 1-star review* After a bit of back and forth everything was straightened out and we will be happy to return to shopping at Lowes! Thank you to all who helped.
"0 isn't an option so 1 star can go to the employees who are always nice and helpful in Springville. Too bad we won't be shopping at this greedy company ever again and will be cancelling our credit card. We were sold a brand new dryer that didn't work, put a claim in under warranty after almost 2 months of in an out "repairs" was found it wasn't worth trying to repair (because again it didn't even work correctly when sold to us) and we received store credit to purchase a new one. Yay. Store credit barely covered a less expensive dryer and certainly did NOT cover the hundreds of dollars in delivery, installation, new warranty, propane conversion, or haul away of the again UNUSABLE junk we were originally sold. All of which we had already paid for the first time around. Also after "chatting" with the claim agent who said I'd get a call from a supervisor within 24hrs about this issue, I had to be the one to call after never being contacted.
First time leaving a bad review literally on anything in my entire life so hope this was a good one! Looking forward to not giving to more big companies anyways. Bye Lowes."

My wife and I went in looking for basement windows, one of the associates told us she would call someone that worked in millwoeks to help us find what we needed! 10 minutes or so later, still standing there waiting for someone to come help us! Now I know they hire "experts" to work in those areas but no one was around! We left the store in a huff! I called the corporate web to see if I could find what we were looking for, what a mistake that was! I got there virtual or ai bot and couldn't get away from it, could not get an actual person on the line, I don't appreciate that one bit! So I found the number to the store I was tryring to contact in the first place, ok, got the ai bot but at least it transferred me to a real person, after a bit of run around! I asked for millworks, ok so far! It rings and rings and rings, then I get another associate on the line, she transfers me back to millworks and it rings and rings and rings! Another associate picks up and by this time ive had enough and asked to speak to a manager! Today I feel sorry for her as I unleashed a tirade on her! We have spend thousands of dollars there, that's were we've purchased all our new appliances for yhe last 20 years, it may be our last!

If you need a delivery, no you don't, not from here. We have been trying to have a washer and dryer delivered for the past 2 days and the constant miscommunication and mishandling of things is ridiculous. Go somewhere else, or pick it up yourself.

7:34pm Tuesday July 7 the phone call was made, I bought 200$ in lumber and left a box of deck screws on the drywall cart after I unloaded the lumber. My fault I get it. I called customer service to ask of anyone could see if they were still there, I got the rudest employee I have dealt with. He said he would transfer me to the lumber dept, phone rang 6 times then went back to him. I explained no one answered, he said they aren't here and hung up. Worst service I've had in years of spending money there. Will be shopping at ace. The products are fine, but the customer service is atrocious. The cashiers have never been an issue either. Hope you fix customer service.
