  We use this company at work for our alarm system. Tammy Gedz always gets back to me promptly if we have any issues or when I need to add or delete employee codes for the alarm.

  Mike Osborne excelled any expectations I had. He explained after many years of getting midnight phone calls in the winter why the cold signals came from my guest bathroom. I now know that the cabinet in which the sensors are installed are there for a good reason (not to hide them but that's where the possible frozen pipes are located) and why the doors underneath the sink must be left open to let in warm air. Good explanations are always helpful and not being waked up at night is also a plus.

  We have been customers of Pye-Barker (predecessors Briscoe and Bellringer Security) for over 20 years. The company has grown quickly but they have tried to maintain the customer service from when they were a smaller family owned business. Sometimes it takes a beat to get to the right person but when you do get someone like Tammy on the line it makes all the difference. She is amazing and truly cares about her customers and will do whatever she can to help troubleshoot over the phone or will send a tech to your house to solve the problem if necessary. She helped me trouble shoot our old system to get the hard wired carbon monoxide detector to stop beeping and then sent Tom to our home to replace the unit. Tom is equally knowledgeable and kind. The system has stopped beeping and my headache is subsiding!
