- BJBarbara JellemeMay 23, 20261.0The worst . Skimmer baskets not emptied and full of debris 30 minutes after they left , my electrician saw the guy leave . Bottm poorly vacuumed , water level left too high ,tiles on sides not cleaned or wiped . A joke . Called and requested to have the email of owner Jim Obrien , to discuss thinking he would care , office refused to give me . In Asked 4 or 5 times and requested call back None ! Service guy came and told me I need a new pool light and for $1500 he would put it in . I had an electrician look at it who said it’s not a bulb needed , it’s a technical adjustment and no pool tech should be touching the electrical anyhow what a bad experience !!!!
