  Victoria was the kindest, sweetest, most caring sales representative I ever met. She understood exactly what I needed and why, due to my physical limitations. She took her time to explain each feature and why one recliner would be better for me over another not only due to physical constraints but also to the limited space I will have in my new location. She made sure I understood the features of the recliner and how helpful they will be for me. She told Me how to protect my new recliner and she didn’t make me follow her all over the store for paperwork or samples. She allowed me to sit comfortably in the chair I chose and relax while she brought everything to me. My heart was touched by her sincere kindness. I will always shop with Victoria if and when I need something else. I am sold on la z boy and I will sing Victoria and la z boy praises as I let everyone know you happy I am to have chose them. Happy 4th Victoria. I’ll see you again. 💗

  La-Z-Boy is awesome. They get great service and have wonderful products. They standby their warranties guarantees and are extremely helpful. We purchased a recliner a few years ago and it has been fabulous especially with a member of the household having any knee replacement. And we just purchased a sectional which we love. I highly recommend their services and products. 😊😊😊

  Very brief wait for service, on what was clearly a very busy sale day. Although I dallied over color selections, I got plenty of help with no sense of being rushed. Now, I only await production & delivery

  Great selection. Sales person was not pushy gave me the time and space to shop. When I was ready he was informative about the recliner I chose took the time to go over the remote functions etc. All went well. Scheduled the delivery and was informed the delivery folks would remove my existing unit and bring it to the curb. Thanks for the help and giving time to look without interruption.

  I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Janice helped me to combine styles, something I couldn't do myself. She went out of her way to pull sample material so I could visualize all the pieces together. And she did it all while helping me stay within my budget.
