  I worked with Valerie who was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased three tables for the living room and love them. Looking forward to ordering my couch.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy!!! We went in thinking primarily about recliners ~ who knew La-Z-Boy offers furniture from so many different manufacturers and sells so much more than recliners?! We certainly didn’t, and what a fantastic surprise!!! Our interior designer, Janice, our salesperson, Valerie, and the store manager, Paul, were all amazing. Each of them spent time with us, Janice studied our floor plan and its measurements, listened carefully to what we wanted, and made the entire experience enjoyable, easy, and genuinely fun. They worked together beautifully and helped us choose pieces we absolutely love for our new North Carolina home. Their knowledge, patience, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional. We never felt a bit rushed or pressured, only supported and excited about our choices. We purchased a reclining sofa, two swivel chairs, a rug, coffee and end tables, a dining set, and kitchen barstools. We walked in to our appointment at the Setauket, NY location looking for seating and practically furnished our entire open living and dining area all within our budget!!! Thank you, Janice, Valerie, and Paul, for such an amazing experience. We couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend this La-Z-Boy team!

  I have bought 2 recliners within the past 2 months from this location, both good deals, and both times the experience was very pleasant. The sales help are not pushy and annoying. As odd or funny as that may sound, I can’t tell you the number of times I have left a store without looking further because of being chased around the store by pushy sales people.   I drove past and saw the signs for your moving sale. I went in to look for ONE recliner. I was promptly greeted by Patrick. His friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made me want to buy a new couch and another recliner. Such a pleasure to work with. Being limited by choice of inventory he made it work for me to get pieces that match. He made me feel like a person and not a dollar sign. Thank you, Patrick for your assistance. I can’t wait to get my new furniture. ( investment).
