I had stopped by to check about downsizing price and Sally was at the office. I sat down with her. We talked about Space. She showed me several of the storage spaces and decided to go with the one that fit me just right I was very surprised that it took no time to get done. Paperwork was 123 done and over a simple Transfer downsizing very courteous her Customer Service very good. I’d rate her a 10.

Sally was extra fantastic! She went through everything and explained all the details. And she didn’t pressure me to add unnecessary services to my bill (which is fairly reasonable for the size of the space). The space is clean, secure and convenient for me and my girlfriend.
