  "Building a pool is a big investment, and we are so glad we chose Caribbean Pools and Spas. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, they were communicative, professional and kept the project on schedule. The craftsmanship is excellent, and our backyard oasis looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a stress-free experience!

  Came out to look at a pool i need work done on because another contractor left me in the lurch with a half done mess. Decided they arent interested in taking the project at all.

  Absolutely fantastic! I have been coming here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience . Every one is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll never go to a different pool store.

  After attempting to have our pool opened by staff and told they would return later that day. I called and heard Erica in the background being very rude and unprofessional. I paid for a service that was never rendered. I have used them for years and Erica is always rude. We will not return and I don't recommend them for anything.

  5 Stars - Highly Recommend Caribbean Pools and Spas! We recently had an inground pool installed by Caribbean Pools and Spas, and the final result is absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with how beautiful everything looks! This is actually our second time working with this wonderful, family-run business—they installed our above-ground pool over 10 years ago, and we knew we wanted to trust them again for this major project. From start to finish, the family dynamic truly shines through. We initially met with Nick, who handled the sales process and served as our site manager. He was fantastic to work with. When installation was complete, Nick personally came out and gave us a thorough, patient, and incredibly informative tutorial on how to run everything, ensuring we felt completely comfortable with our new setup. Inside the store, his sister Erica was incredibly helpful, patient, and guiding as she walked us through all of our liner choices to find the perfect fit. Like any major construction project, we ran into a couple of minor hiccups along the way. However, what truly sets a company apart is how they handle challenges. Both Nick and their electrician, Bill, handled our concerns with absolute professionalism and integrity, ensuring everything was resolved perfectly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a dedicated, professional family business that stands behind their work and delivers a gorgeous product, I highly recommend Caribbean Pools and Spas!
